I want to let y'all know that my pal, Dave Nezat, with Nezat's Pressure Washing blew my mind with the outstanding job he did pressure washing my house. I own a pressure washer and thought I did a good job 6 months ago, but I was wrong. My house looks like I just had it re-painted which saved me over $15K easily! He was able to clean high eves and soffits that I couldn't reach and he also went the extra mile with the concrete on the patio and sidewalk. He has a strong attention to detail and didn't harm my paint. I HIGHLY recommend him. A first class job from a first class gent.

 I highly recommend Dave Nezat and the crew at Nezat's Pressure Washing!!! We needed a quick turnaround and called on a Friday, be the next Wednesday everything was done. The crew is fast, friendly, and most importantly professional. Our building is as good as new and what used to be tired, mildewed, ugly handicap ramps on the side and front of the building look almost brand new. The concrete/parking lot cleanup is amazing. It was a last minute add on for us and definitely makes an impact. Thanks to the whole team!! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
